North Korea has arrived in South Africa, smartly dressed. And the team looks relaxed and ready. Coach Hun gave the press the necessary tribute to the homeland and the Dear Leader.
“The People’s Rooney,” striker Jong Tae-se, told the waiting media that he was set to go. His spectacular goals against Greece popped eyebrows amongst the other teams in the Group of Death. With that kind of power in his shots, coupled with a ball that dips faster than shares in BP, Jong may soon be the most famous player in the world. For those of us who have followed North Korea through the qualifiers to the Finals, we sense that something special is about to happen.
